My God. I have tried 3 different phone numbers, and have yet to talk to a person. I have made a purchase in early March and have yet to receive a bill. I think that you have my previous address. I am simply trying to get my bill. Imagine that. I want to be billed so my credit is not compromised. I have spent over a half an hour trying to contact you, with no success. Please have A REAL PERSON contact me with information to have my address updated and to receive my bill. I'm all for technology, but you have taken it to an extreme. Very disapointed in your customer service. I have also requested a new Macy's card (still have the Filenes card) and have not received that either.
